Refund Eligibility: Only eligible under specific conditions defined per program and must be approved in writing.

Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

International Certifications: Fees for certifications offered through global partners are paid directly to the certification body. These are non-refundable under any circumstances once access is granted or training begins.

While we strive to offer high-quality training and coaching, outcomes depend on your participation and effort. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.
