Rosy Iyenkutty – Founder & CEO of Radical Image Consulting and Soft Skills Training Institute. With over 17 years of experience in corporate training and several Certifications, I have groomed many CEOs, Executives, Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Graduates, and Students and helped them succeed in their personal and professional goals.
When I wanted to upskill myself, I couldn’t find an institute to offer a complete solution to what we wanted. They were selling programs to the mass, Groups of people, and a traditional classroom which never worked for me as some didn’t make sense. Because those programs addressed “WHAT” is that particular skill is all about, or even most of the online free webinars do the same.
But “WHY” and “HOW” I need to achieve that skill are not taught. Even though I approached a few institutes, they addressed the masses, but what about my state of mind? I might be a slow learner with less IQ, but it doesn’t mean I am incapable.
